Traveling as Couple
The hotel is eevery bit as good as 4 star hotels I've visited, and better than some. The shuttle service to and from the nearby metro stop was a great plus.

Unfortunately, while staying at the hotel, the electricity somehow tripped the fire alarm at 4:30 am. All were forced to evacuate the hotel in the cold for app 45 minutes while an entire fire crew came out. Then, it happened again. No one got sleep. Business Traveler
I stayed two nights. I left business papers and numerous magazines on the desk. These were cleaned never to be found again. This caused a good deal of problems to me as they contained return flight confirms, directions and agenda to the business meeting I was to attend. Generally a good experience, however, the hotel's website had old information, pool hours and shuttle service hours were different (and less accommodating) than what was posted on the website.

Solo Traveler
The staff went out of their way to make my stay wonderful. A staff member at the front desk upgraded my room from a king to a double so my friends and I would have plenty of room for our 5 day stay. I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel, and I will definitely go back! ...read more
